As per our aspiration to bring a change in the attitude of
staff and officials at work place we opted training on Change
management to our GHMC Middle level Management offcials in
two batches one day training programme on 7-12-2006 change
Management 31-01-2007 Change Management by Dr.O.Vijaya Sree,
CCDM Centre for Good Governance. |

| Apart from their routine
stress and tensions in the presence of Mr.Sanjay Jaju the then
Commissioner MCH, CMTC has conducted training Programme of Motivation
on 22nd December, 2006 with an objective to enrich the energy
levels of GHMC Officials. |
| The Programme was successful
by the presence of the then Commissioner, MCH Mr.Sanjay Jaju,
Mr.Amit Brauh, Dean, IIPM and by respectful faculty Mr.S.Nanda
Kumar. |
Discipline
& Vigilance Procedure:- |
| CMTC successfully provided
training to all the Head of the departments, how to deal with
the legal cases and acquaint them with the relevant procedures
by S.S.S. Bapuji, Retd Faculty Member DRMCR HRD I AP in three
days training programme from 16th of January to 18th of January
2007 |
